Our Work Together

What might it look like to work with me? I use techniques tailored to you to help you work through what you are going through, and to help you come to a better understanding of yourself. I see a lot of improvement using mindfulness-based therapy, which teaches you the connection between the body and mind. My approach teaches people how to become more present and aware of their thoughts and feelings, while also incorporating grounding techniques. Through our sessions together, you will learn to develop self-compassion, self-soothing, and mindfulness. Let’s work together to create a more peaceful and freeing life.

A Trauma Informed Safe Space

Individual Therapy

I provide individual therapy for adults.  

Complex trauma and anxiety can create chaos in our lives. It can effect our health, as well. Some concerns that I can support you with include:

  • Depression

  • Anxiety 

  • Complex Trauma

  • Abuse survivors

  • Codependency 

  • Panic Disorders

  • PTSD

  • Relationship Issues

Therapeutic Models

Some approaches that I will use, as appropriate, that I have found to be effective include, but are not limited to:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Psychodynamic Therapy 

  • Trauma Informed Therapies 


My Beliefs

Whether in-person or virtually at your own location, get comfy, grab a favorite blanket or pillow, and don't forget some tissues, just in case. I believe that it's never too late for you to have the kind of life you imagine.


Perhaps the therapy room might be one of the only times where it is all about you. Here you will experience a non-judgemental environment where you can begin to feel heard and seen.
